We invite you to meet Dr. Norman Gardner, a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons (FACS), board Certified in Surgery. Dr. Gardner specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of a wide range of diseases and conditions which involve skin lesions and growths, breast problems, varicose veins, gallbladder, hernia, colon, appendix and most abdominal surgeries including hysterectomies and other GYN procedures as well as head and neck surgery.

Dr. Gardner grew up in the West Indies and lived in England before moving to the U.S. where he did his surgical training in Brooklyn, NY. He is a former Staff Surgeon/Chief of Surgical Services for the United States Air Force. Upon retiring from the Air Force in 2000, he practiced at Dakota Heartland Hospital in Fargo, ND as well as Mobridge Regional Hospital in Mobridge, SD. He also provides surgical services for the Veteran’s Administration. In September of 2004 Dr. Gardner came to Rolla.

Playing Chess, reading and exercising, especially swimming and tennis are some of the things Dr. Gardner enjoys during his spare time.
