2012 Health Fair
Tuesday, May 8th, 7am-2pm
Many booths and activities for all ages, door prizes, healthy snacks.
Lab Wellness panels will be available from 7am-12N (No appointment necessary)
This fasting blood panel which includes a Hematology Screen and a Chemistry Screen with a lipid panel will be available for a reduced cost of $30
The lipid panel will identify the good cholesterol (HDL) and the bad cholesterol (LDL), high glucose (diabetes) and high cholesterol. Anemia and other abnormal results may be identified by these screening tests.
The results will be given to you so that you may share them with your Health Care Provider.
